The Magic of Photography

This glass of wine created a pretty scene and still the wine remained in the glass! It was a Central Otago white wine, a sauvignon blanc.

Three good things:
1. A lovely ride along the Central Otago Rail Trail which is for bikes and walkers - only a short ride.
2. The scallops I had for lunch were huge and very well cooked.
3. The internet here does work - sometimes! Mostly it doesn't!
Wonderful capture and it really capture the scene through the wine glass. I love Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. My favorite. What is your favorite brand? I love Kim Crawford. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Very creative shot.... love the inverted reflections through the wine glass. So glad that none of it was spilt! I am not wanting to boost my shots on another person's feed, but my "extras" album has a funny quote that exactly mirrors this shot.

Cheers to you and yours... Merry Christmas.

I've heard that this wine has that unique quality where you can turn the glass upside down and it will stay in the glass. Awesome (and fun) shot!

What a great shot. Very creative turning the photo upside down like this so the reflection in the glass is right side up. Love it. Fav.
