I bought 8 white tulips and put them in a big tub on the deck, Now we are off on our exciting road trip into the outer regions of the North Island of NZ. Only one tulip has come out so it deserves a photo because by the time we come back they will just be stalks!
Three good things:
1. We don’t have to worry about liquid items more than the allowed quantity to get through customs! That applies to scissors too!
2. I can relax my stiff shoulders now I’ve done the lawns, fought with the vacuum, taken a protesting cat to the cattery!
3. I will be able to save all our photos and experiences on 365. I did make a travel diary last year on a trip to America but it somehow got deleted!
So you don’t have to read right to the bottom!
Beautiful light and detail -just lovely -- a shame you will miss the rest coming out -- but never mind -- I am sure you will have much more fun while on hols!!
So you are off!! Are you driving up & sailing on the ferry? Will really enjoy traveling with you......some places I am pretty sure I will know. You are an adventurous pair! I expect the cat is very fed up with you off gallivanting again!
It's a beauty! Too bad you will miss the rest of them blooming. I missed some of mine earlier this year in our spring too but the vacation was worth missing a few blossoms.
