It is so nice to have the free gift of communication to all who I follow but also to those who follow me! A small inside of someone else’s day!
I had a cat photo organised but after the sunset here I looked out the window and could suddenly see the round circle of the sun through clouds.! It didn’t stay long.
Three Good Things;
1. John cut all the rhubarb in our garden and also all the broad beans . Cooked, they will be frozen for another treat. We both stuffed our mouths full!
2. Cricket and the Sevens took up a lot of inside TV watching but the sun came out for the first time in about 7 days so I stood outside and enjoyed the warmth.
3. Our farming friends having sold their property, had a clearing sale and said that just about everything except a ‘spray boom’ sold! The auctioneer must have been very good as was the marketing!
This almost looks like the moon..... Looks like a changeable day & I hope the sun does a better job tomorrow!
A very productive garden Maggiemae & I know you won't waste any of it!! Sounds a very successful sale....a big day in their lives....good luck to them in their future plans.
@happypat Have been neighbours of these great friends for 20 years and they are going to live away up north in Kerikeri! Sad for us! And today the sun is shining - back to summer!
I love broad beans! they make a lovely soup too.
