The Inside View

Still looking forward to feeling better. This is the scene from the bed where I am languishing! Isn’t that a good word!

Three good things:
1. The cat came back to be with me.
2. The TV in the bedroom when I’m bored. I’d found that the two books I had planned to read were rubbish! Not exactly Mills and Boon but close!
3. Facetime is good for getting John’s attention
Sorry you're not well. I hope you're better soon! I like the framing and light.

Hope the languishing (yes, it is a good word) does the trick and you're up and about again soon.

Oh dear Maggiemae a sorry friend I am not realising you were ill! Very lax in checking others photos at the moment but as I have more time at eldest sons house...no children ...I a. Languishing in bed & saw your post. Hope you feel better soon but good you can stay in bed if you feel like it. Hope you will be raring to go when we are down your way in a couple of weeks! Take care & a lovely view.

@happypat Nice to hear from you Pat! Its a good thing I can't give this tummy bug to anyone! Typing doesn't transmit disease. I'm really sick of this and will get a doctor's appointment today!

@maggiemae Good to hear that I noticed you had a take away....not that was it! Poor Finn is still ill off & on too much the same but that's kids for you. I hate being ill....too much to do & see isn't there?

@happypat Yes I thought that - Thai Takeaway on Friday night! But John didn't get sick!
February 29th, 2016
I hope you are feeling better soon. I hate it when you look forward to reading a book and it turns out to be trash!
February 29th, 2016
@maggiemae oh well that pretty much rules that out unless he had a different dish. Hope you feel better today. I must get up the bathroom is free!

Lovely photo even though it is frustrating being confined to an area. Cats always sense when their company is needed. Get better soon

An excellent unique image! Proof positive that even though you are languishing (superb word!) You can still bring the goods to the fore!

A lovely framing to your view of the lounge -- just hope you will feel better soon ,!

Poor you. Great effort, but hope you get your vitality back soon for a brighter view.
February 29th, 2016
You don't, I am sure, do languishing unless having to. You are such an active person, your shot makes me think of you trying to emerge from the dark into the light! Hope you feel better soon.

I love this, and do hope you are feeling better. Languishing is much better than malingering, '-)

It sounds like you've really been suffering. I love that you're using facetime to alert John!! Nicely framed shot, at least you're still taking photos!
March 3rd, 2016
Languishing- yes- a wonderful word! But hope that is no longer the case. Nice down-the-hallway shot!
March 4th, 2016
Hi Maggiemae, I'm sorry you weren't well, but hope you're back to do health again. I love this shot and the way it's framed with the darkness.

P.S. your new profile of us great too!
