I thought I would never do this but today i left the photo card out of the camera. My good photos were lost. However that’s a new challenge and as usual opportunities arrived.
This sunset was another nice one. Taken from our property between two lots of bushes and trees.
Three good things;
1. The day was like a new summer’s day - all going to change!
2.Reading a book about a famous flamenco dancer from Spain and learning about the incredible political divisions in Spain in the 1930’s. The Spanish Civil war was where the husband of my Russian Aunt (sister of my Mother) was killed.
3. Almost ready for packing - tomorrow, the last day is the time we will see if all the clothes will go in the suitcases!
An absolutely amazing image. Sorry you lost so many shots but this one is very good and you might not have taken it otherwise. Very dramatic colors.

Something similar happened to me yesterday- we were at a family wedding and I hadn't seen some of my cousins in a LONG time! So when the "girl cousins" all stood together for a shot I handed off my little camera to my cousin Jock and asked him to take some shots. Well, turns out what he thought was the shutter was the on/off button Oh well. This is a nice shot- I like the layers of color.
