A toys challenge encouraged me to think of the far beyond. My friend Alan, who fires up his balloon every now and then, agreed to take Yolanda (of course) and tow Mr Man behind - across the skies! Yolanda was so excited she just about jumped out of the basket but one hand was still holding Mr Man on a rope behind!
Typical - Mr Man thought it would be an easy way over the mountains and gunned his motor to help the passage!
Three good things:
1. Alan has lots of experience and will take the twosome to another adventure!
2. Sun here today in advance of a great snow warning, Wed, Thur, Frid! Hunkering down!
3. Why is it that ladies called Sharon, are masters in physical challenges, generally the ‘boss’! Don’t wear frilly pyjamas!
Oh cool to see your Yolanda off on another adventure. We are off to Stockholm on our next adventure - I wonder if it will be as much fun - definitely not in a hot air balloon though so maybe not!
So Yolanda is off on another adventure --I hope she will not trade in Mr Man for the suave Alan and his hot air balloon !! But perhaps not as I am sure Yolanda will persuade Mr Man to buy a caravan to go for her next adventure !
Wa hey up & away with Mr Man & Yolanda, they are off on their travels again! Yolanda doesn't seem to be worried about her hairdo, what a game girl she is! I think Alan will be impressed & might try & lure her away from Mr Man! I wonder where they will end up & hope she has packed her clean underwear!
Frilly pyjamas are not for the likes of Yolanda!
@happypat Yolanda fluttered her eyelashes when asking Alan for a ride! He couldn't resist! I'll have to look and see if Yolanda actually wears underwear, Pat!
Mr Man's wheels are on fire, he's game for a laugh taking Yolanda's escapades all in his stride. Will she, won't she let go of the rope towing Mr Man???? Great imagination and picture to go with it. Fav
Hi Maggiemae. I like to thank your for your kind reply on my last picture, my granddaughter and here mare. yes Shayelynne has already another horse called Fritz. here is a picture of both Fritz and Georgia in 2015. http://365project.org/bruni/365/2015-04-09.
Georgia's Navicular problem actually started in 2013 and she had been under constant care since. it got a bit better and Shayely could ride her once again, but eventually it came to a choice, either put her down or keep up with boarding her and let her live out her life. unfortunately 3 and 1/2 years later the Vet advised them to put her to sleep. she was just in too much pain. my she rest in peace.
My eldest daughter was christened Sharon and was a lady of very definite opinions. She changed her name by deed poll when she was 27 because there were lots of Sharon and Tracey jokes going about. I didn't have any trouble adapting to her new name of Aisling, in fact, I quite liked it. She has been in heaven many years now and I think of her by either name, depending on which part of her life is in my mind at the time.
@irisr A sad story to hear from you Jacqui, but glad she leaves plenty of memories for you. I do like the name Aisling - not sure how you would pronounce it!
