I had a photo ready to post - the beautiful crystal award that was given posthumously to Burt Munro, John’s father but that will have to go on another posting.
I particularly liked the clear cloud shape here that is just alongside to the right of the power pole! It reminded me of ‘the Land of the Far Beyond! A mythical island!

Three good things:
1 John got his iPhone 7 today as a replacement for they iPhone 6 that slid into an very remote Alaskan fjord when we were there!
2. For nibbles - a cracker with cheese and parsley is very good - also for bone density!
3. I’ve resumed skipping and jumping on trampoline to do the weight bearing exercises for osteoporosis! I feel like yodelling when I’m bouncing!
I can just imagine you bouncing up & down....seems a life time ago I was skipping. Frightening how quickly you go downhill after an accident! You inspire me to get moving! Beautifully island in the sky, ...I feel a song coming on!
@happypat Are you thinking of "Islands in the Stream"? I love that song. Weight bearing exercises are the best and skipping actually better than walking so the Doctor said!
@maggiemae Yes I think I am.....going through my head but I was singing islands in the sun.. wrong of course! Will get that rope out tomorrow, I think it's a weight problem rather than movement! Makes me sluggish!
LOL! I want to see a picture of you yodeling on the trampoline. This one will do in a pinch however it's a beautiful sunset very similar to one that I am going to post since you inspired me.
