The words echo in my mind as if I have heard them somewhere. But on research not exactly. Softly, roses, etc etc but not together.
Anyway these are some tiny roses just outside my window and I shot them from above as they poised above the painted white windowsill.
Softly speaks the rose
Of beauty and of light
Petals - colour, form and dimly shown shadows
Roses speak of love
Feelings of truth and also a part of..
All of our life in the world we live in today……
Three good things:
1. Not going to get any more poetry from me!
2. Christmas brings good feelings of giving more than receiving
3. Library, supermarket, sunsets collectively made my day!
Beautiful soft image, love the complete change of subject today, variety is the spice of life after all! Itsou da like you are enjoying everyday normal life again as I am. The daily routine is unchallenging & familier which is what we need after adventures. Yes & you are right, would far rather give a present than receive one these days....I have everything I need.
@happypat I put my back out, Pat carrying pots of plants back to their usual position and now am forced to think outside the square for photos. We have everything too - don't know what to buy for John other than a 25 year old model who yodels!
