Escape from Zone Rat County by maggiemae

Escape from Zone Rat County

Mr Man has met up with poor Yolanda who has just barely managed to hold her safety with the wild notions of the Desert Rats, … no, the Zone Rats. Very different from the former!

He swept her up on his sidecar and set off for NZ. By the time they got there it was getting very dark and Yolanda was looking concerned!
The moon shone on the snow covered Southern Alps as they trekked down through the forested and farming valleys!

Three good things;
1. Yolanda could still wear her evening dress which is the one she is most comfy in.
2. Mr Man didn’t need Customs or an armed guard to get back to NZ!
3. I love the ending of this story -my Mr Man stories develop as my imagination does - sometimes within 15 minutes!
Yolanda has much to thank her hero for coming to the rescue like that! Let's hope she is content to stay at home in NZ for a bit! Time she did some homemaking, cooking, dusting etc. Mr Man is a modern James Bond!

@happypat I do agree - she is really a little ratbag! However I live through her adventures! Who wants to dust when you could be skiing on a Swiss mountain?

I love your imagination, Maggiemae.
#1. Did she bring all her beautiful outfits to NZ? I really liked her Spanish dress.

@gijsje I think she stuffed them in her duffle bag, Bep! She may give Mr Man a showing!

when we'll see them again on their adventures. I enjoyed your series tremendously. Thank you Maggie.

Your processing and story telling shines again

Gotta respect a gal who insists on wearing her evening dress in the sidecar! I see Mr. Man has discarded his parachute. ;-)

@stray_shooter
Well - she was well brought up, Ron - encouraged to look her best no matter what! Mr Man does have brakes on his modified motorbike. Now the rules are most of the bikes do have to have brakes and a parachute! Burt Munro had neither!

Mr Man has saved her from her wrong choices!! She looks so sweet here, she must be happy to be saved by Mr Man & his motor bike.....Maybe that is what she wanted all the time...??

Aww, he found her and they're back together again.Great processing, and you're such a good story teller. I hope to see the adventures of Yolanda and Mr. Print in print some day.

I think she's looking concerned because she's realized what might have happened IF her knight in shining (or should I say speedy) armor had not come to her rescue. Bravo Mr. Mann another mission accomplished! I think you are going to be rewarded well after this if the red flaminco dress came home with Yolanda!
