Finally at the destination we have been aiming for - Ottawa where granddaughter is. She hasn’t seen us for a year and she is barely two so probably wondered who the heck we are!
This is Sabrina, our Canadian granddaughter and her buzzy bee.
Three good things:
1. Got help with our luggage at Kingston Station - no dragging them up and down stairs.
2. The rain was not welcome but the outlook is.
3. Corn is in the shops and its so good!
Lovely name Sabrina (one of my favourite films Sabrina Fayre and the later one Sabrina) you have caught a lovely inquisitive/bemused expression. Delightful!
You took her a buzzy bee? Even I know that is an iconic NZ toy! Yes a year is a long time in that young life maggie, she would be shy at first but I bet now she is hanging around you big time! Love that look on her face, she is weighing you up!
She is a beauty I love your POV for this shot. You must've been on your knees at the end of the bed. I think she looks a little bit like her grandmother too!
