This is in the late evening and towards the east at around sunset in the west. The look is the same as I took earlier after a pleasant surprise.
The neighbours had a tall and dense tree type bush growing up in their property which blocked our view towards the sea. I almost thought I could put a hex on it but it did develop some serious rust or rot. Just this morning, we noticed they had chopped it right down!
More sky view as well as other town views.
Three good things:
1. Put out a new bird food shape at 10am. It was all gone by 4pm
2. Drove north to look at a motorhome and fell in love with it….We will see…
3. Drove through seriously heavy hail today - so noisy but good it didn’t damage the car!
Well I bet you through your hat in the air when you saw that unconstructed view! A view is a very desirable thing! That sky is on fire!
Motor home will be much handier! I saw photos of the hail earlier!
If I had a hat on, Pat @happypat I would have thrown it. I did consider getting the champagne out though! I will know about the motorhome today after two men get round the bargaining!
@grammyn This neighbour complained about our raspberries growing on his side of the fence so we had to completely kill the plant! We didn't complain about this tree but as you say, serendipity!
@grammyn They actually popped up everywhere, Katy - went under a concrete path and came up the other side. It was just amazing. The main plant had lovely raspberries on though!
some neighbours. you didn't hex the tree, the owners just had bad karma. but this sky is on fire! it's beautiful! (i will read your yolanda series when i have more time and ice cream :-))
Motor home will be much handier! I saw photos of the hail earlier!
