Finally about to depart, we sat in the lounge here. I wanted a bloody mary (should that be in capitals?) and John ordered it for me. The bar tender said, 'how hot?" and John replied 'rev it up!" Goodness, it was so hot - the tabasco - that I couldn't drink it!
Three good things:
1. Business class to Singapore meant wide and comfy seats that went down into a sort of bed which I was grateful for.
2. The food was fantastic but I wasn't hungry - probably because my stomach had gone into shock!
3. At 2.30am our time we climbed into our hotel bed. It was only 9.30pm local time!
that mr. cool is naughty to have your drink revved up! i couldn't stop laughing here. you two are so funny! at least things have gotten better. smooth and safe travels!
