From one beach to another. A visit to the local hospital produced a result, a trip out to the beach here was horrifically painful but as @casablanca and her doctor states - if you wake up in the morning without pain after the age of 50, you have died!
Three good things:
1. It must be all up from here!
2. Our motorhome has a very comfy bed
3. This place is amazing - so beautiful. There were thunder clouds over there on the right!
Lovely shot .. and the 3 ladies just make it .. Cracked ribs are very painful Farmer George has broken his a couple of times and take a good while to heal...
At least you can put a name to your painful face, if you have a name you should in theory have a method of treatment! All your aches & pains have landed at once! I had to laugh the comment from Casablanca, that's a great comfort!
Lovely beach & the figures & heavy sky add so much. Fave again.
@happypat Thanks Pat! The diagnosis means treatment can begin properly rather than just take pain killers. My backs gone out now - I'm a crippled mess but fortunately taking photos helps the spirit as well as keeping an interest going!
Ah, lovely lady, glad to make you smile. Sincerely hope you feel much better soon. I had spinal surgery 10 years ago so I heartily empathise with the pain. Hospital told me the body mends under painkillers because it can focus on it instead of on only the pain. All the best ❤️ Fantastic picture, love love love this composition.
@casablanca My hope is to feel less pain soon but it appears to take a few weeks to feel any difference. So I have to focus on other things besides pain - and photography is the best for this!
I really love this image for its perfect balance of composition, wonderful restful tones and the light shining through and highlighting all the cloud patterns. It is a big favourite for me. Sorry though about the continuing physical pain - although sounds like there is some hope through treatment.
Beautiful scene. Great colours clouds and lovely view, love the walkers too just walking into your shot. Your last few shots are really beautiful, looks a great trip. So sorry to hear about your fall.
You really are in the wars aren't you. Hope things improve soon. Looking on the bright side, it is a good job you aren't a horse, you would have been shot by now.
this such a beautiful scenery you captured, maggiemae, and the way you processed it only made it more so. the figures of the three women really gave a fabulous perspective to the shot. aces, my friend. aces!
Great photo. Detail, light, composition. everything. Fav.
More importantly, do take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon. And I know how you feel about the photos. When I have my back spasms and eventually tighten up, I go outside to take photos. Soon I'm leaning, reaching, kneeling, and my back has loosened up. At least for a while, and I'm on my way to normality.
Not a surprise that this is already on the PP My FAv probably had no impact on that but it is too exquisite to not Honor it thus! Too bad we can't double or triple FAV!!
Praying for you daily that your pain lessens to tolerable and unnoticable! ♥
