I was looking forward to this evening when there was a full moon! I could experiment with my camera!
Some shots put the moon too bright, some too hazy. Eventually by mistake, I put the focus on to the the light of the moon and not itself and it turned out the way I wanted. A complete clear and bright circle!
Three good things:
1. I excused myself from eating the crusts of my lunch sandwich (John is normally horrified) by saying - the birds will appreciate it more!
2. Transplanted a plant into a larger pot - I actually had to cut it out with a sharp knife!. Should have done this years ago.
3. I left John arguing with Siri - as you do - while I used Google for research! Instant reward for me - British ruins, British Gardens, Canadian wildlife!….
@willowdragon@30pics4jackiesdiamond It is actually cloud but my focus was not on the cloud itself and it turned it into this abstract blur, Al and Jackie!
@casablanca@gardenfolk Thanks you two, Ms C's! But I want to get more yellow in it and Katy @grammyn has suggested a decrease the Fstop! I will try this again!
@casablanca Thank you so much - I have managed to change my Fstop, choose ISO but not the speed yet - went outside for the moon tonight and you can't see a thing! Total cloud cover!
We just need Santa crossing the face of this moon in his sledge. A bit out of season I know but right weather for you. Loving the purple edging! Your sky has no light pollution! Crusts give curly hair Maggie, you should know that!
