The whole tree by maggiemae

The whole tree

Just have to take a shot when our big blossom tree is at its best! Say, middle of September
Three good things;
1. Fun day - my new gardener (hubby) is right on the job, pruning, chucking on to the lawn and… leaving it there!
2. He will pick it up tomorrow.
3. Fish was “monkfish’ Didn’t come with yellow robes… but was good. Thick and solid but tender.
Oh my what a beautiful tree! Hubby’s move at a different pace, don’t they?!

Such a beautiful blossom tree, lovely colour...

Yummo, love monkfish! Gorgeous blossom on that tree, do hope you're not getting the winds we've got today or it'd all blow away.
September 15th, 2018
@golftragic The winds will come as usual and blow it all away! Enjoying it now before that happens! Blows all the tulip petals away too!
September 15th, 2018
@maggiemae Sigh!!!

What a gorgeous tree.

Beautiuf light, blooms and color!
1. At least your new gardner works in the garden! Mine doesn't
September 15th, 2018
@grammyn I have given him his head - he's ripped out some plants but I don't complain as it seems to give him the care of the garden.
September 15th, 2018
@maggiemae well that might be my problem. I need to let him do whatever he wants!
September 15th, 2018
It's nice to experience your spring while we are going into our fall.
September 15th, 2018
@grammyn Exactly - having him work in the garden is just wonderful! He decides to cut back, pull out, prune etc! He even picks up the clippings and puts them in a big sack which is taken away when full!

Lovely.

Spring has really sprung, so many flowers.

Hubby's theory on jobs is always 'why do today what you can put off till tomorrow'
September 15th, 2018
Beautiful blooms and it's so nice to have a hubby that likes to garden!
September 15th, 2018

Lovely blossom - wish my hubby enjoyed gardening.

Pleasure to see such an abundance of flowers...whilst our trees are loosing their leaves...very quickly, after such a long dry Summer.
September 15th, 2018
beautiful tree, great feeling of spring
September 15th, 2018
It looks like pink froth - very pretty Maggiemae.
September 15th, 2018
@happypat Froth is a good word, Pat! Soon the winds will come and blow the flowers all away!
September 15th, 2018
@onewing Thats my thinking actually or more 'put off until you feel like doing it" Which may take some time!
September 15th, 2018
The spring is here and there will be a lot of works waiting for me when I am back.
September 15th, 2018
