Kiwifruit

If you screw up your eyes, you can almost see a face! But this is the red kiwifruit. Its now in the supermarkets but the price is quite a shock. However one or two every now and then is a real treat!
Three Good Things:
1. The grass is not growing
2. John ate a ‘dutch syrup waffle (“Stroopie) we had been given. I’m on a diet today so could only smell it! Wonderful smell
3. Facetime from Canadian son and family - in Dominican Republic for a holiday and having a wonderful time!

Wow, that looks a beautiful colour. Haven’t come across these in the UK. Do they taste the same as the green ones?

Still haven't got my hands on one of these .. must look out for them again.. I really like the yellow over the green so have to see how these rate on my KF radar... Our grass is still growing ... thank goodness as the cow would not be happy ..

Dutch 'stroopies' (stroopwafels) are delicious too...

@rontu I think the green one has more 'bite' to it-sharper taste. This one is sweet and tastes like fruit salad!
