The iPhone might not be so good at distant shots - I have yet to find out. This is just round our corner looking towards rural landscapes and in particular at a vibrant yellow field. Might be canola - or rape. but I'm sure I chose f14.. didn't happen!

A disaster with boiled egg lunch - it was like eating egg soup! But we both ate everything which did include licking!

Now to boiled eggs.
I boil water and with a spoon put the eggs into the boiling water. if the water keeps on boiling, I time normal size eggs 5 minutes, extra large eggs 5 and 1/2 minutes. I have a bowl of ice cold water standing to receive the eggs. let them cool for a bit a minute or two and then I take them out, dry them off and they're ready to enjoy. if I cook more eggs, they go into the fridge to eat cold, use them in salads or make an open sandwich by slicing them on bread, add a bit of mayonnaise on top, salt and pepper. whatever you prefer. try it they taste good.
Great sky, love it. Sympathise re the boiled eggs, I did some the other day and the shells were so fragile that one bust as I picked it up --> fingers and bench liberally adorned with egg yolk.
