Hot smoked fish and Aioli..

I saw this on a local FB site and made a point of going down to buy. It is a small shop in the Historic part of Oamaru but knowing it, knew it was made in Riverstone, a world recognised restaurant, gift shop, castle(!) just north of here!
Everything would have come from the area.
