My globe is not really a globe - has a world map engraved on it but I like to try tight focus.

I feel the same but pretty sure I used to try harder back in the beginning! I used to think about originality, subjects to photo etc etc now I just take a picture as a sort of diary entry!
@happypat Yes, you are right - ideas, challenges, facing failure, accepting favs with delight. My life doesn't change much until we travel so its difficult finding something everybody hasn't seen before!
Cool! I know what you mean about past images. Unless you are a pro with a large portfolio to share like a few folks here do, it is really difficult to maintain or exceed quality every single day. ...for me, at least!
@aikiuser You are right, Jenn - a lot of skilled photographers here that are the worth of professionals! I guess we should just be happy with our own offerings! @happypat
