While I've been patiently waiting for my back to get better, I've been finding wonderful recipes to try. Some have given us indigestion, some of them have been keepers. This is one - potato salad.

That does look like an excellent recipe! We've been trying so many new ones since we are doing so much more of our own cooking and we're seeing the same -- a few keepers for sure, some that were just fine for a change, and others I wish we'd not had! Fortunately, not to manny of the latter.

I could make a meal of that on its own. The older I’ve got the more I like smaller lighter meals...sort of tapas meals suit me beautifully!
