I apologise for the bits and pieces here on the plate which I should have cleaned off to make a good shot. But the first photo I took was of the whole pie and I forgot I had the camera on manual focus. Of course, I manually forgot. So on auto focus this was what was left of the pie after we had got into it. Totally delicious and the recipe came from Edmonds. Iconic!
