Lavender's Blue

Dilly Dilly, Lavender's Green! After about 50 tries, have finally got the focus on the tiny flower (about 4mm) on the Lavender stem. It is naturally macro but the reason II couldn't get it focused was there was too much in the background. So set the background and hunky dory!

So beautiful - well worth the effort! I find it difficult to focus on close-ups but a tripod and a few seconds delay on the shutter usually help me.
