On a mission by maggiemae

On a mission

To a nearby beach to get some sea water to make cheese with. This is our grandson making his way through the waves. I'll post a photo of the cheese later.

Recipe is 3 cups sea water
3 cups full cream milk
Bring to boil, remove instantly drain through muslin over iced water then hang the muslin bag up for 30 mins to drain completely! All ready to eat then!
beautiful! enjoy the cheese!
