My, my, cherry pie!

Having talked about making this, I now have to document the photo. It got a wee bit burnt on the top. I'm serving this with creamy vanilla yoghurt.

The top might have some caramelisation (it's not burnt!). It looks rather yummy. I should maybe make one with some of the frozen cherries that I have.
