Sunday roast....not

It was Saturday night and as I hadn't made a roast for ages, took a photo! It was beef and so this yorkshire pudding was totally necessary!

For almost every Sunday of my young life, mother cooked a roast, she always served peas too. Oh this looks so good and brings back so many wonderful memories.

A proper Sunday roast…on the quiet I didn’t really consider mine a prope Sunday roast as it was chicken, in my mind a Sunday roast is always beef. Yours looks very tempting!
