Today we had a local logger come out to the house to limb up a tree that was blocking a lot of our view of the pond. Wow - why didn't we do this a few years ago? We get the reflections of the cottages now, but still maintain privacy. The sandy area in the lower left of the shot is the golf cart path for the 9th hole. ...also, I know I broke the rule of thirds here, but it was the only way to get the shot of how open it looks with the tree limbs gone.

We are pretty blessed - would be hard to replicate this spot.
