My room was on the sixth floor and one wall was full window. The window showed not only the contents of my room but the ceiling reflected the beautiful Fir trees and sky outside. A place of peace and healing. SOOC

I was at RiveBend in Springfield, Oregon. I did pre-op exercises for two months prior. I am now at a rehab facility. Tonight I waited too long between meds and the pain got to a 12+ for me! Need to not go longer than 4 hours right now.

Was in hospital till Saturday, now in Physical/Occupational Rehab Center until Thursday.
