Two very precious people in my life and it really touhes my heart to see them holding hands - my dear husband holding his mom's hand. Before leaving Seattle for home today, we met Mom at Starbucks for coffee - this was just before we hugged and began the seven-hour trek back home.

I was so glad to get this shot before we 'hit the road' - while you were doing well-deserved catch- up. For the same reason I crashed early on Christmas, I am relegated to liquids and fiber till pain is gone.:-/

Mom turned 89 on December 15th. She is a precious woman and my husband is a great son.
