These are already to go! Nowhere. I got them all set up, flat tire changed, chain oiled and I have yet to "take a ride". Of course, it wouldn't be against the wall, if I did use it. I'm not skilled enough with these things to use the rollers without a crutch. It's not as easy as it may look. My ass is growing as I type this. ; )
LOL!!!! I'm an avid cyclist, and I don't think I could do the rollers. Saw Johnnie G (SPINNING) ride for hours in Anaheim years ago, never brave enough to try myself. Let me know if you ever get on how it goes.
