Well, it's the morning of the 7th of May, 2010... Took this shot from right outside my front door, looking up the drive to the road - it all looks the same as it did yesterday...
So, after the closest election for years, in the UK, everything seems the same... And, what with the late results, and the wrangling which follows a hung parliament, we're still no closer to knowing what the Govt of the next term, be that five years, or five weeks, will look like...
So, apart from having lost an awful lot of sleep, all is exactly as it was before the election!
(Just a quick word on the sleep loss - it's half-past-ten on the morning of the 7th, and I still haven't been to bed, having stayed up all night, watching the BBC's coverage of the election! It's coming to twenty-four hours, now, since I was last asleep...)
