What a lucky mom I am. I know the whole world is a dumpster fire right now but my boys are so wonderful to me. Josh wanted to practice his driving (his exam was canceled when the DMV shut down) so we went for a drive. An outrageously long drive / adventure. 7 hours of making memories with my sweet Josh. We drove all the way out to Salton Sea, then into Anza Borrego, then Julian, and back home. The entire time we only saw one other person, the lady who gave us our take out lunch. It was wonderful to get his take on where this world is right now. He has such great insight, and such a beautiful heart. I love this boy.
