SOOC. Flowers are beautiful and can be addictive to capture! I know flower shots aren't favoured as much since they are deemed as easy shots but after my capture of the hibiscus last week, I've been looking around for more flowers to capture and I really enjoy them. Hope you'll like my take on this one.

I don't think flower shots are easy at all, and they are a valuable tool to learn about composition, focus & lighting (or they are for me). I think people who don't like flower shots perceive them as 'easy' due to the 'convenience/accessibility' of the subject rather than the skill of the capture.

I think you need to take shots of what you like to see and ignore what other people think and say. It's not easy to get a shot as good as this one. The detail is superb xx
