MEET THE FAMILY by markp

MEET THE FAMILY

Episode three in the story of the Weedy Frogs. First we met Mr Frog, then we saw Mr and Mrs Frog, but to be honest it was a rather private moment and Mrs Frog stayed out of the spotlight really. But that has changed today. So here we have Mr and Mrs Frog, beaming broadly as proud parents, showing off to the world their offspring. Haven't they been busy, I don't think twins, triplets or even septuplets really describe this brood. Mr & Mrs Frog were quite happy to just sit and pose for this family portrait, or maybe they were just too worn out to be bothered to swim away. I think they are going to have a lot of hard work looking after all their youngsters once they start stretching their little tails. At least they won't have the chore of changing loads and loads of little Tadpole nappies. No wonder they can afford a smile.
