@beryl Oh he was definitely watching me to see what I was up to. There used to be a really tame Robin which would follow you around, he appears to have gone. There are at least three in the garden at the moment which does create problems but they are all quite wary of me. They need more bribes.

@seanoneill Thank you Sean, I forgot last night there are two Crown Plazas in Liverpool, the one at the Airport is only 10 minutes from the Bridge. This is built around the old Air Traffic Control Tower and has an interesting old plane on display in the car park. If you are at the one in the city centre, it is probably 30 minutes each way to the Bridge, with traffic, but there again you are only minutes away from all the Grand Buildings at the Pier Head. you win either way.
@markp cheers Mark, we are at the airport one which is a fab old Art Deco place, we stayed there in 2013. Am I right in thinking you are connected to a taxi firm? Will need to book some!!
