BIRDS EYE VIEW

I was stood on the banks of the River Mersey, trying to photograph Cormorants out in the river, when this Grey Wagtail appeared on the rocks below me. The reason for the slightly strange POV and the bird looking up at me was I had a six foot monopod attached to the camera which was waving around wildly as I tried to get down low enough to get a shot of him.

On a separate note the Grey Wagtail that has been visiting the garden, has been around this morning, a good start to the New Year.
