It was Lora's birthday today (@loragill 3/1) and I know some of my other 365 friends have a March birthday, too. So, since it is also my birth month, I will post a few more birthday shots throughout March. =) Lora, I cut a big arm load full of camellias today. If you lived near by, I would've knocked on your door and handed them to you. As it was, my neighbor got them to decorate her house. Hope you'll settle for a pic. Happy Birthday!

Those are gorgeous!! I can't wait til our buds start popping. We have over 200 different flowers on this property including 30 different rare roses that have been here forever! I love Spring! It's been so incredible warm (yes, 35 degrees is a heatwave here!) all winter but so muddy and gloomy. This shot makes me really look forward to Spring! Thanks for sharing!

What beautiful flowers and a great photo of them. Happy Birthday to you on your birthday this month. My husband has his birthday this month also. I had an appt today and then looked at camera's while at Target and bought a small point and shoot that they had discounted 1/2 price. It does what my new camera does but still have not figured out macro nor could the guy at Target figure out the Macro on this Canon. So, I am on a mission to figure out if this is all I need and go from there. I snapped a few photos tonight as it was dark when we got home and the new camera has to have the battery charged.

Camellias are such a beautiful old fashioned flower. Brings back lovely memories of the huge tree that she had in her front garden - it was so old and I have never seen one that big since. What a sweet gesture and how nice that you took the photo outside in their natural environment.
Happy Birthday to all March baby's!!! Mine isn't in March, but I love the flowers that march into this month. Great collection of flowers there girl. I can almost smell them.
@meisen325 Thank you, Monica! The pinks are pretty common here in SC, course there are many other colors too. The double pinks are just what I have in my yard. The single whites bloom in late fall.
