This is just lovely, Maggie. I love jasmine! So divine smelling, you are right. Excellent comp with the fence and greenery included with the delicate flowers. A fav!
Ohhhh Magie. This rocks viewed large. I love the texture and tone of the dark wood contrasted by the delicate white flowers. I am loving this. Can't help but .......FAV! Such perfect exposure. This needs to go on the PP.
@myhrhelper Thank you, Kathy! This is a "domestic" "buy it at your local nursury" kind of jasmine. This is the first year my plant has really bloomed profusely!

@marlboromaam Really!!!! this kind of a shot is my favorite...just simple..not abstract or busy..just clean crisp and include's wood and rusty wire!! i would have this framed in a minute!!! ...Really!!!

FAV! This is such a classic shot! you did so well with the composition...the flowers alone are beautiful, but add in the wood and wire and it is prefect for framing! and enlarged really really big!
Love the strong wooden boards and the delicate flowers. I can't handle Jasmine perfume, my neighbour has a bush that is on my property boarder. My eyes water all the time.
I love how you've captured the delicateness of the flowers with the rough textures of the wood. Love the composition and lines. Love the color against the washed out wood tones. A fav for sure.
What a wonderful composition. The contrats are lovely. I wonder why it is confederate? I notice you have a softness in your shots which I love, seems when i try I feel I have lost the detail in the flower. Your balance seems perfect!
@Cherrill Thank you very much, Cherrill! It's the common name for this vine. I have no idea why but you can Google it and find tons of pics of it. It's a pretty hearty vine that grows well in the southern states. When I want to add a soft glow to a pic, I use Perfect Photo Suite 6.1 and its Perfect Effects. It is regularly a $299.99 app with 7 different apps included. You can go to ononesoftware.com and sign up for their special sale emails. I got it for $149.99 - half price by watching the emails. I had a "soft focus" filter (among so many others) for my old film Minolta and this app works about the same. Cheers!

@marlboromaam I am sorry I bugged you but was so flustered. I was so glad to find my password in my pile of papers. Now it is close by if I need it. I have not been using Safari as all my drop downs are in Firefox. I did have to use it that day but did not use it much. I will have to change over soon. Hugs back to you, Maggie.
