I think it's a male. So hard to tell, but Google says, "Adult males typically have a bluish-gray crown, a pinkish or rose-gray breast, and iridescent purple-pink patches on the sides of their necks. Females are generally a duller, more uniform brown or tan overall, with less pronounced colors and potentially smaller, more rounded heads."
