The good news is, we're getting a little rain. Yay! The bad news is, the storms are slow moving and kept me offline and unplugged yesterday from about 2 PM to this morning. The weather news says more of the same through Friday... which is putting me behind. We really need the rain though! Will catch up with your pics as quickly as I can. Have to run some errands before the storms move back in. Hope to see your pics when I get back and hope the storms will hold off for a little while so I can catch up some.
As Simon @simon0128 says, the skies over here in UK seem to be looking like this more or less all the time!! So much flooding and damage in some areas. Glad you got some relief to your heat but not if you lose connection! Wonderfully moody shot.
dramatic! woo wee....you can tell a storm is coming! lovely capture! it has been REALLY hot here as well and we could use some rain but im hoping it wont come on the weekend!
WOW! look at them clouds. We need rain so bad here. We have not had any rain in so long I can't even tell the last time we had rain. Everyones keeps getting a little around us but not us. Glad you got your power back.
Our sky looked like this on Sunday and stayed that way for all of fifteen minutes and 4 raindrops. . . sigh. . . so even though you had to do without, the rain was probably really welcome.

To those of you lacking in rain - I wish you showers without the severe thunderstorms that usually come with our showers this time of year. The weather forecast with this system that is stationary over us says the same thing through Friday... thunderstorms forming in the afternoon and lasting into the night. I'm trying to do all I can to catch until I have to shut down and unplug. Cheers everyone!
