31_Maddy Pennock_New Year's Eve

This is an in camera multiple exposure and then some post processing in Lightroom and Topaz Texture Effects. I was trying to create the feeling of a bright snowy day, not that it was of course!

I have now finished 2016 and am grateful for my followers and friends who continued to comment on my images throughout the year. It was really appreciated! Last time I did 365 it was in 2012. I won't be continuing in 2017 as I wish to follow other photographic interests. If you continue to be interested in following me you will find me on Google+ as Madeleine Pennock
or please follow me at my website (soon to be up and running) maddypennock.co.uk

Finally I will catch up with commenting on your images over the next couple of weeks!

Bye for now!
I hope you enjoy your new interests :)

A very creative image to finish on!
Thank you for all your critique on my images, you really gave me the push I needed to learn more and I've just completed the RPS/Open University digital photography course. I learnt so much and think I'll might start working towards my LRPS now, I wouldn't have considered that a year ago!
Good luck with your other photography projects.

@inthecloud5 Thank you for your comments over the year! Best of luck with your LRPS! I certainly think you are on course. Are you a member of a camera/photographic club? They are often a great way of encouragement, but please be aware that not all clubs are equal! It would certainly be nice to follow your journey and super way is to use Google+ where lots of photographers share their work for critique. Also if you do Facebook there is a page dedicated to PAGB and other distinctions. I am on Facebook (as Madeleine Pennock, with the same photo at the moment) and also that wall!

@inthecloud5 I forgot to say that if you use Google+ you need to create a gmail account if you have not already done so! All the best! x

@marshwader thank you, I'll find you on Google+ when I start posting photos there. I'm not a member of the local camera club, I might think about joining now I've done the OU course.

@inthecloud5 I would be lovely to keep in touch. I will periodically glance at 365, and comment on pictures and even maybe post the odd good picture!

Just decided to look you up having realised I hadn't seen anything from you since my slack period over Christmas and new year. Sorry I missed your departure. I've enjoyed following you and appreciated your honest input to my project. All the very best.
