Without other subjects the city always offers it's facades. Here you can see the big gates at the back of the former Dutch Bank outbuilding at the 'Boompjes', alongside the river Maas. The building has been designed by architect Henri Zwiers and was realized in 1955. I sure like the post-war decorative architecture. According to the plans in 2000 it should have been a 4-star hotel by now, accompanied by a 20 storey residential building next to these doors. Only the Ernst & Young office building to the side has been constructed in the meantime.
