I was chasing the bloke on the left for a shot (I'll be posting him some day later). Due to roadworks we had to use the small pavement and at the and we suddenly met this stoic worker.
The photo was unsharp already. Just added some more.
I had the same thought as @thebluegnu , it's the blur that makes this scene interesting. Adds motion to this picture, especially in combination with the bicycle... I like the colors, too!
