i expect gliding to be a silent experience like ti looks from the ground but am told it is actually very noisy with air movement shaking the craft...

@kali66 silent as in 'no motor noise'. You can easily have a conversation without raising your voice but 70 km an hour results in quite some air noise. Especially when you raise your speed for some air stunts!

Ha! Yes. @kali66 I still have a smile one my face too. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to do a looping! If you ever get the chance to go up, don't hesitate!

Actually, it is quite easy! Go seek a club and ask for a ride :-)
