@joysabin Thanks, same to you! Special day? Not really. If it wasn’t for the family I would only find out about these holidays because the shops were closed. I’m kinda social basterd I suppose. I did help a little making this food and it was a nice day.
I'm impressed! Ken and I love to cook together, though, since his retirement, I'm more likely to be assisting him! It really is fun to work together in the kitchen, and to know when it turns out this beautifully, you both had a hand in it!
