Looks like some VB.Net to create some tables to display a cell for every hour the to populate that with the festival dates against the culture that may be set for the festival.
Not sure about your exception handling but I guess it is better than just swallowing the exception.
You also might have some issues with the registering of the script if you use virtual sites in your development.
Not to mention the 67 compile errors that seem like they are related to the missing Telerik controls.
@agima The virtual PC went to sleep after the 67 compile errors were fixed. Above representation was just after waking up. Seems the fix was ok since no errors appeared after restart :-)
Not sure about the error handling either. I didn't write the code. I'm just fixing some style issues...
