New fishing pegs

Our walk today took us along the river in St Neots, along the path to the caravan site and out to the Pocket Park. Council gardeners were busy clearing undergrowth and cutting down or lopping some of the trees. Other workers were putting in fishing platforms - or 'pegs'. It was popular with anglers previously. It will be even more popular now!
Excellent idea....it looks the perfect spot to stand or sit & fish. They will be popular in the warmer months!
