We had a foggy morning here too only for a slightly different reason I think. We were heading for 40 degrees C with high humidity!

Nice shot. Could you identify the blue "trap" to the left of the Needle? I haven't be to Seattle for quite some time. Or are "they" holding dirt in case Bertha doesn't make it?
