We stopped at a service island Saturday (bathroom break) on the way to Kansas City to go to "Crypticon" (horror movie convention - my son's passion) with Dan. As I sat in the car I took a few photos of the old drawstring handbag I decided to use instead of my usual purse. That, silver fingernail polish, and some spiderweb fabric draped like a shawl over my black dress were my slight attempt to "dress for the occasion."
Looks like appropriate attire for a horror show festival! I'm in KC even as we speak (reading AP exams until next Friday). I went to an outdoor fashion show. That was pretty crazy!
