As seen on a mannequin downtown. I thought the lace would be good for the texture emphasis of this week of Flash of Red February (not that I’ve really been paying much attention for the rest of the month so far, settling for B&W in general)
mcsiegle-Mary we, are paired for get pushed 391. After looking at your photos I noted few portraits....so your challenge to you is to capture a portrait you like; self or others. I liked several shots very much such as those washing machines

@lanikyea Thanks! No worries about the number. I usually forget and have to look it up every time. That’s a good challenge for me. Portraits are not easy for me. I usually find myself rushing so as not to inconvenience the person who is kindly letting me take the photo - or so as not to be too obvious or intrusive if I’m not asking. Self portraits - I end up taking many shots before I get one I don’t absolutely detest. :-). I definitely need more practice taking pictures of people.
@mcsiegle Mary as lovely as your work is I am sure your portraits will be great and I hope the challenge work may wear away your discomfort and bring out your talent to portraiture....I am looking forward to what pain or pleasure you will be passing out for me this week.
