Get Pushed 366 #2

my get pushed challenge from Debbie @shutterbug49 -- to do a "still life or flatlay which includes at least one flower." Here’s a second offering. I took the same 4 yellow flowers I used in the scanner flat lay I posted a couple of days ago, and brought them outside to the rock wall of the raised bed in my back yard, where the phlox had been dropping their little blossoms, and added a few small stones to the mix. I’m not thrilled with the composition — should have taken more time on it, but I had other things I needed to be doing instead of playing around with that — wish I had come out earlier in the week, before the rain made the fallen phlox soggy. I sprinkled some fresh around — with apologies to the phlox for taking before their time.

Very nice. I think the small stones add interesting texture and the flowers are very colorful. The dampness gave the whole thing some vibrancy. And I think it’s very interesting that you took it outside and gave it a natural feel.

How pretty. I've got to do some scanner "photos" for Tuesday's Photo Club. I think I will be a copy cat & use your idea.
